It’s very simple: a monthly newsletter about AI, data science and statistics for us poor souls who have to actually make it happen. Furthermore…

• Many of my subscribers are people I’ve trained, mentored, managed or worked with over the years; people whose interest in these topics I can vouch for. There will be no recruitment agents, sales people or visionary entrepreneurs.

• It’s unashamedly technical - at least when it needs to be. I will respect your ability to use google when necessary!

• It’s intolerant of bullshit - I have previous form and I can’t easily roll back on that!

• It’s not going to be written by chatGPT, now or ever.

And, even better, it’s an opportunity (within the substack chat area) to meet and talk with people who have similar interests to you. I know from mentoring many of you that it can sometimes be a lonely business, especially when you are the only data scientist within an organisation or a team.
